I tried article marketing once, about a year ago.  Although it was quite some time ago, and although I only wrote a dozen or so articles (if that), I’m still seeing results — so just imagine what you could do with a regular article marketing program!

See, I sell an ebook, or rather an e-booklet, online with information on restringing vintage dolls.  To help promote the ebook, I wrote a bunch of marketing articles.  Although I since set up a new website for the ebook, it is the old website (which I left up) that continues to get the sales — because, I’m sure, the marketing articles are linked to the old site.

Article marketing isn’t too difficult, just a little time consuming — but well worth it if it boosts your sales.  For instance, if you sell airsoft guns you could write articles about different makes and models of guns, such as KWA guns and Echo1 airsoft guns.  You could also write about how to properly care for your guns, gun safety rules, and different airsoft games enthusiasts can play.

I actually find that coming up with ideas for marketing articles can be a lot of fun.  Try it and let me know what you think, too!
