I Wish I Was a Little Bit Taller, I Wish I Was a Baller

For a long time I had wished that I was taller. I did not care how much taller I was – In many ways I’m not really that short at all – but I have always been on the cusp of what I consider an acceptable height, and until I can gain that extra little bit to put me at a height I want and can accept, I’m not going to be truly happy with my stature.
For a while I tried grow taller exercises designed to help improve your back strength and keep your spine upright. They worked fairly decently for improving my back muscles but did very little for height growth. Instead I decided to try these natural supplements that are coming out more and more these days designed to improve the levels of the hormone you had as a kid that helped you grow. These growth hormones are incredibly high when you’re younger but start to decrease over time, leading to little to no more growth as the hormone works in other areas of your body instead.
To increase height, you simply give yourself more of the hormone. Since your body has no use for it, it puts it back to worth increasing your height.
And I’m pleased to say that with those supplements I was able to achieve the height I needed.
